Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Because auto detailing is a customized, labor-intensive service, we do not offer traditional refunds once the service has been completed. However, your complete satisfaction is our priority.

• Service Guarantee: We invite you to perform a final walkthrough of your vehicle alongside our technician before they leave. If any aspect of the job does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will fix it on the spot.

• Post-Service Concerns: If you notice an issue after we leave, please contact us via phone or text within 24 hours. We will gladly return to correct any oversights related to the original service package at no extra charge.

• Deposits: Any upfront deposits made at the time of online booking are fully refundable provided you cancel or reschedule prior to the 24-hour window.
